"Pretty much confirms why I keep going back"
I use the MAD Greens rewards app almost every time I stop in, it just gives me another reason to feel good about eating there so much. It’s super easy to use, the points show up fast, and I’ve already gotten a few free things without even thinking about it. I already liked MAD Greens, so the app kind of just confirms I’m making the right choice.

I ordered through madgreens for pickup and, not to be dramatic, but it went so smoothly I was almost suspicious. The menu was super easy to navigate, checkout didn’t randomly betray me like some sites do, and my order was actually ready when I showed up. Everything was correct too, which felt like a small miracle. Super quick, super simple, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Not my favorite"
I personally wasn’t too impressed. The protein tasted dry to me and didn’t seem very fresh, so it wasn’t something I’d be excited to order again.

I really like how easy it is to switch up my salad every time I order. Adding or removing ingredients is super simple, so I can get exactly what I’m craving without any hassle. Ordering on madgreens.com was smooth too, which makes the whole experience feel reliable and easy. Definitely a place I feel good ordering from again.

"Super Friendly Staff"
The staff was so nice and patient with me, and even though I was taking a minute to figure out what I wanted they didn’t rush me at all and just made the whole ordering process feel really easy, relaxed, and way less stressful than I expected.

"Decent Flavor, Thin Texture"
The dressing tasted good, honestly. Like, the flavor was there, so I can’t really complain too much. But the texture threw me off a bit, kind of watery, almost like it needed a good shake or maybe less thinning out. I kept thinking it would work better on a chopped salad than something leafy, if that makes sense.

"Solid quick spot"
I’ve been to MAD Greens quite a few times now, and it’s been reliable. The food usually tastes fresh, my orders have been right, and the staff keeps things moving even when there’s a line. Nothing super fancy, but it’s a good option when I want something easy that doesn’t feel too heavy.

"Pretty solid order tbh"
Ordered from madgreens and overall it was a good experience. The salad bowl was sealed really well, so nothing leaked all over the bag, which I def appreciated. They included a fork and napkins too, so that was nice. Only minor thing was the bag got a little soft from the cold drink, but the food itself was totally fine. Solid order imo, 4 stars.

"Pretty disappointing salad"
I stopped in for a quick salad because I was trying to eat something lighter before running a couple errands, and it wasn’t great. The greens were limp, like they’d been sitting around too long, and the chicken had that kinda old taste that made me not want to finish it. Maybe it was just an off day, but I wouldn’t order it again

My bowl looked fresh when it showed up, and I liked that the toppings were still easy to see instead of being all mashed together. The dressing cup was kind of messy, which wasn’t ideal, but the rest of it gave the impression they actually put some care into it

"Decent food, confusing pickup"
The food was fine, nothing to complain about there. But the pickup situation? Yeah, that part tested my patience a bit. I got there thinking, okay, this should be quick, grab the order and go. Nope. It took forever, and the shelf setup was confusing enough that I kept wondering if I was even looking in the right place. Not the worst experience, but definitely not as smooth as I was hoping.

"Slow service ruined it"
The food took way longer than it should have, and that’s on the staff for not keeping things moving. I get places get busy, but nobody seemed to care or give any update, so it was frustrating.
